Architect and Co-Founder — Design, Planning & Site Supervision

Architect and co-founder of Swiss ALC, leading architectural design, project planning, and construction supervision. He coordinates stakeholders and ensures compliance with building standards to deliver functional, sustainable projects.

Zied Oujihi

Legal Counsel — Project Structuring & Security

Legal specialist in business and real estate law, based in Geneva. He structures mandates, drafts contracts, and supervises building permits. He ensures legal compliance on every project in close collaboration with the architectural team.

Nesrine Methnani

Architect - Urbanism & Project Development

Architect and urbanism graduate (ENAU Tunis, 2018), recognized for detail, organization, and leadership. Co-founder of Mimari Innovation since 2021, with prior experience at Diar Sidi Mansour and BEA Architecture.

Samah Ben Rabeh

Senior Architect - VDC BIM Manager

Senior Architect and VDC BIM Manager with expertise in Autodesk ACP certifications. Specializes in BIM management, Revit architectural and structural design, and project coordination. PMI member with extensive experience in Geneva and Dubai.
